"It did take a while to get everything…"
It did take a while to get everything sorted out, so I’d say be patient and stay on top of the follow-up if you’re in the same boat. In the end, they did replace it, which I appreciated.

"Backorder took a while, but they kept me updated"
My item ended up being on backorder, which was a little frustrating, and whoever runs this should probably make that clearer up front. That said, they did let me know what was going on and kept me updated along the way. It took longer than I hoped, but the communication was good overall.

"Decent Deals, If You Enjoy Price Detective Work"
Some stuff was actually a good value, but a few things were definitely more expensive than I expected, because apparently my wallet needed a little surprise. I still found what I needed, but I had to compare prices first like I was doing a full investigation. Not a bad experience overall, just wish a few things were a bit cheaper.

"Availability wasn’t accurate"
The item showed as in stock when I checked, but it turned out it wasn’t actually available. It’s a small thing, but it reminded me how much we rely on those inventory updates when we’re planning a purchase. Hopefully they can keep the stock info more accurate going forward

"Good range, but age levels can be a bit unclear"
I picked up a few classroom books and activity bits for my 6 year old, and some of them were really great. A couple did feel more like preschool level though, even though I expected them to suit slightly older kids. The site has heaps to choose from, I just wish the age suitability was clearer on more of the products. Overall not a bad place to shop, but it can be a bit hit and miss if you’re buying mainly by age.

"Really disappointed and still waiting for an apology"
I ordered from here once and wasn’t happy with the experience. The service felt slow, and when I needed help, it didn’t seem like anyone was really interested in sorting things out. I’m not trying to make a big deal out of it, but an apology would’ve gone a long way.

I was already kind of tired and not in the mood to deal with extra hassle, and then the payment options just didn’t work for me. I couldn’t use the way I normally like to pay, so I ended up giving up and ordering the stuff from somewhere else.

"Frustrating Checkout Experience"
Checkout was a mess. I had everything in my cart, but every time I tried to pay, the page kept freezing. Then when I went back to check something, it actually changed my delivery option—like, why would that happen? It took forever to finally finish, and even then I wasn’t totally sure if my order had gone through. For a teacher supply site, shouldn’t the process be a lot smoother? Really frustrating.

I didn’t have the best experience. I had to wait longer than expected, which was already frustrating, and when the staff finally responded, their replies came across as rude and rushed. It just didn’t feel very professional or welcoming...

I was happy with what I got overall—the product itself was good and pretty much what I expected. The only downside was the shipping cost, which felt a little high to me. I still like the purchase, but the extra fee took away from the excitement a bit

The items themselves were okay and pretty much as expected, so no real complaints there. The return process, though, was a bit frustrating. It took longer than I thought, and the steps weren’t super clear, so I ended up having to chase things up, which was annoying. Overall, the products were fine, but returning them wasn’t easy. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was 100% sure I wanted to keep everything.

"Just didn’t feel worth it"
I wanted to like it, I really did, but the prices felt a bit much for what actually showed up. Some of the items were fine, I guess, but nothing made me think, “Okay, yeah, this was totally worth the money.” Then shipping got added on top, and I was just sitting there like, hmm… I probably could’ve found something similar somewhere else for less. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel like a good deal. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices come down.

They had plenty of classroom supplies, so I was able to find some useful things. I was expecting a wider range though, and a few specific items I needed weren’t available. Overall, the selection is okay, but I think it could be better

I was just trying to find some basic classroom stuff, but it got frustrating. The search kept showing me random things that didn’t really match, and the filters didn’t narrow it down like they shouldve. I kept clicking around in circles and eventually just gave up. The website defintely needs some fixing.

I kept trying to set my filters, but they kept resetting for some reason, which was definitely a fun little test of patience. Checkout also felt clunky, so what should’ve been quick ended up taking longer than it needed to.
